The Training for Work Coordinator position is 30 hours per week Tuesday to Friday.
The role focuses on working with a group of job seekers over the age of 18 and developing their confidence, and other work based skills that will give them an advantage in the job market. Building good relationships with employers is essential and a good knowledge of what employers want is also key to gaining results with clients. The focus is on each client gaining sustainable employment and support provided for up to six months once they are employed.
